Adjustable Height: There are two options when assembling. One is to build a whole of 5 tiers - 48” W x 24” D x 72” H. Another can be split into 2 separate shelves as an individual unit - 3-tier shelving with 36” height and 2-tier shelving with 38” height. The height of each layer can be selected and adjusted according to your needs.
Boltless Shelving: No nuts or bolts are required, you can assemble this shelving unit easily and quickly. A rubber mallet is recommended for assembly to tighten the shelving rack. This shelving is equipped with rubber footpads, which can protect the floor, add extra stability and avoid the shelving sliding accidentally.
4000 lbs Load Capacity: The maximum capacity is up to 4000 lbs totally, 800 lbs per shelf, which can store much more stuff and tools in your garage or warehouse.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

I have read several reviews about how the shelf grates now and are unreliable. I initially thought the same thing after I assembled the first rack. I bought two racks, and I started assembling parts B and C rotated 180 degrees and it made all the difference. The instructions aren��t very clear that the Bs and Cs need to face a certain direction, but if you have them installed properly, the shelf grates are very durable and I have zero concerns about weight capacity. I just ordered two additional racks and will possibly purchase a third (fifth total) to complete my garage. Buy with confidence. You will need a rubber mallet though (do not use a hammer) and you will have to swing it with some might. Follow THESE instructions and you will be fine.
Bought a unit similar to this at Home Depot. It literally folded up on my half way through the assembly. This one is a dream. Sturdy, easy to build and looks great.
I need it to help move my heavy duty mixer from the cupboard to the kitchen table. Also move all dishes from the dishwasher to the cabinets. It's small enough to move around the house and large enough to help combine multiple piles into one load. It's not strong enough to carry a pile of bricks. But great for folded clothes. Big bags of cat food, cat litter, heavy electrical appliances. I've been loading all day. Then take everything and deliver it. This saves time. I have two. I'm considering a third one for the garage. If the wheels were bigger I would get one for outside to hold all my gardening stuff
